How does it work to get your quilt to me?

You’ve invested a lot of time and effort in creating your quilt top!  Let's work together to finish it into a beautiful quilt.

Step 1:

Book Your Quilt

Fill out my "Book Your Quilt" form.  This gets you into the queue for longarm quilting.

Step 2:

Prepare your quilt for quilting

This is an important part of the process!  For more information about my requirements, learn about my preparation tips.

Step 3:

Deliver your quilt to me.

Local pick up and drop off is limited to a 15-mile radius of my rural Arlington, WA home.  Email me to discuss the possibility of meeting in person to exchange your quilt top and backing.  Find out more about shipping to Stitch Play Quilting Co.

Step 4:

Your quilt arrives!

I'll confirm the receipt of your quilt if mailed, and any further details like thread color and pantograph choice.

Step 5:

Quilting and the Journey Home

At this step, your quilt top will go on the longarm frame and be quilted.  Once your quilting is paid for, your quilt will head home.  If you're local, we can arrange pickup, and if you mailed it in, I will send you tracking information.
